Who we work for

Our clients are small and mid-size civil and survey firms. They have more work than drafting hours, and they would rather not hire for a busy season.

They keep the stamp and the client relationship. Our job is to get their sheets drawn correctly and on the date we promised.

Our own checking tools test tie fits, distances, areas and layer standards on every job before a sheet goes out.

How we work

Your standards

We draft on your template. A sheet is done when it looks like your own office drew it.

Data before linework

We check the numbers before we draw: field data against your notes, distances and areas against the drawing.

Dates in writing

Every job gets a due date on the first day. If a date will slip, you hear about it before the date, with a new one.

Your data stays yours

Client drawings are never published or reused. Our samples use made-up data.

What we do not do

We do not practice engineering or land surveying, and we hold no PE or PLS licence. We do not seal drawings, certify surveys or write legal descriptions. The licensed professional of record makes every engineering and surveying decision on the sheets we draft.
